We offer two en-suite rooms individually designed and decorated to the highest standards, and furnished with luxury and comfort in mind. Both have king-size double beds, digital televisions and tea & coffee making facilities with our home made biscuits.

The modern Garden Room with its under-floor heating has French doors and a balconette overlooking the well stocked garden with views of the distant Scottish fells. The en-suite bathroom with its clean lines and large powerful shower is tastefully decorated.
Whether your pleasure is laying in bed watching TV, gazing down the garden or sipping fresh coffee with homemade biscuits, this bedroom is calming and relaxing after a busy day.
 

The traditional Bay Room is a large bedroom at the front of the house offering en-suite bath and shower facilities. The bedroom accommodates a large king sized bed together with a full single daybed, making it suitable to use as a double, twin or family room.
