Spring is on its way the chickens are in full swing with the egg laying now, and we are creating lots of new egg recipes!

Geoff had a great success at the Dalemain Marmalade Competition two lots of his marmalade received 20 out of 20 with gold stars ! in the categories  BEST B&B + ANY CITRUS

All to be served up at the breakfast demonstration in March.
